E910 - IE Issues post Tools Upgrade

Hello

I have been facing erratic issues with IE since we upgraded from 9.1.4.1 to 9.2.3.3.

The issue is the same as described in Doc ID 2349601.1 so we applied the same solution.

However, the issue still persists. Also I have the same issue when using client web or localweb dev.

I have tried using client web on Chrome and that works without any issues.

However, I am unable to trigger Chrome for localweb dev.

I have made Chrome my default web browser and looked in local jde.ini to look for a setting.

How can I change localweb dev setting to run Chrome instead of IE so that I can test applications locally before deploying.
