Re-sync Group of Employees from HCM to ELM

We have a situation where we didn't want certain employees in our HCM application being added to our ELM application and so added a customisation to prevent them being loaded into ELM (by removing them from the staging tables before running the Asynchronous Load Process). Due to a change in circumstances, we now need to add some of those employees to ELM. Is there a way to re-sync employees from HCM to ELM?

What I'm looking for is a way of running the Full Sync process but only for a very limited group of employees.
