Spain time entry requirement, time in and out throughout single day

Spain has a new requirement to report time entry at the hour basis with time in and tome out throughout a single day. Currently we log hours but do not have a way to records in and out within 1 day. Does anyone else using R12 OTL have a solution/suggestion?
