Apprisal Approval Process Error -change_appr_status log=Failure^ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value

Dear Gurus,

   we are implementing Oracle performance management and we are facing issue while approving apprisal by HR. below is error messsage.

  we are getting this issue after final approval before insertinig into appraisal base table.

  Please help us how to resolve this issue or guide us how to trouble shoot this issue.

  your help will be highly appriciated.
