RFS do not start on standby RAC node 2

Hi,

I am using two node RAC for primary and two node RAC for Physical standby database. I was trying to shutdown node 1 of standby database and continue data sync using node 2. Though at node 2 MRP process is running but, RFS process is not starting and data is not synced.

How could I start RFS process in standby node 2 ?

Primary DB: Oracle 11.2.0.4.0 - 2 Node RAC on RHEL 6.7

Physical Standby DB: Oracle 11.2.0.4.0 - 2 Node RAC on RHEL 6.7
