How JDE Identify New Code change after deployment

Hi Team,

Suppose developer did some changes in UBE & APP and ask us to build package and deploy, after deploying Package on Enterprise server how how JDE identify that new code is deployed successfully.

Were should i check the new code because some time it happens that Developer inform us that after deployment their code is not available or now code is not reflected on server.
