The output post processor is running but has not picked up this request.
We are encountering this issue in Create Accounting and Transfer to GL program.
Based on our research, possible action plan are the following;
Option 1: Increase the value (in seconds) for the profile option 'Concurrent:OPP Response Timeout'.
Option 2: Increase the number of processes or threads (or both) of the OPP via Oracle Applications Manager (see document 291792.1 for the detailed instructions)
Concurrent OPP Process Timeout = 300 (Site)
Concurrent OPP Response Timeout = 120 (Site)
Output Post Processor Workshift = 1
In the Transfer to GL log file, how are we going to validate how much was processing time if it really exceeds the one's setup in the profile option.
