cluster resource 18.3

Hi Experts ,

I installed rac( 2 nodes) 18.3  on rehat 7.5 x86_64, couple of days back. Need your advise .  Following resources are offline  when I check status  :

1. ora.rhpserver

2. ora.gimrdg.ghchkpt.acfs

3. ora.GIMRDG.GHCHKPT.advm

4. ora.helper

Output of crsctl stat res -t  :
