Capacity planning for mould issued to work order

A mould is part of the BOM and part list. How can we perform capacity planning for future orders that will have the same mould when the current work order is still waiting to issue this mould or waiting work order completion.

We just want to perform capacity planning for a future firm or plan order that needs this mould and not necessarily do work order processing for them.

Any suggestion welcome, even a workaround will be do.
