How to check free space available OR space allocated to various memory areas like SQLA,KGLH0

I want to retrieve information about  free space available in  SQLA, KGLH0, KKSSP areas. In sgastat view it only gives space occupied .On various forums, I found this can be achieved using heap dump utility.But I want these details beforehand any crash issue and preferably through table queries.

Please suggest.
