SmartView Cell Style Settings not being retained

Under Windows 10, Office 365 (MS Excel 2016) with SmartView 810 installed, cell style settings are not being retained from one Excel session to another.  I have looked at documents 2242349_1 and 2510703_1 but they have not been helpful to resolve the problem.  I currently have my users manually reset the style settings but this should not be a permanent solution.  Before I create a SR, is there someone else that has this issue and has found a solution?
