Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.xxx - Changing Active Directory Location

Hello.

Our organization has recently merged with an affiliate and I have been tasked with moving one side into a single Active Directory for user authentication.

Since Base DN, User DN, and User RDN are different for both locations, I kept both User Directories in Shared Services and modified the one side to point to the new standard Active Directory.

Problem here is that the new configuration picked up all the users from the reconfigured User Directory, but all Group Assignments were not found. I restored the old configuration to restore the group assignments.

Can this issue be resolved without manually reassigning the Groups to users in the reconfigured User Directory?
