THIRD PARTY CONTRACT

Hello dear community, I want to know how can I omit that an organization pays for a fail class of a student that the student is going to take the second time?, for example: Jane Doe tooks the subject Spanish, Math and Biology . Jane is assigned on a third party contract so the organization X pays for her tuition for the term 1900 everything fine until here, but Jane failed math class so for the term 1910 she took it again, biology 2 and spanish 2 but in this case the organization X won't pay for the fail class
