JDE Security Server Unavailable - Weblogic has a Stuck Thread in the Thread Pool

Our JDE servers (test and production) were unavailable on the weekend - restarting the servers fixed the issue. While logging on to the servers, users were getting a message stating that the Security Server was unavailable. Both production and test environments were affected, even though each environment has its own security server.
JDE Server Manger showed that all servers were running.
There was a warning message on the Weblogic Server Admin console that stated there was stuck thread on the thread pool. This warning was for only one of the servers in the test environment.
I am trying to determine which log files to examine and what to look for in those logs.
