Nettable Allocatale Code in F4100

Hello. Does anybody know where could I find information on what this field is used for, and where to find it? I have seen it's used in P4100 , P46020 and P46220 , but can't seem to find the actual field, or any information on what it is used for, other than the field help, which I don't really find very clear.

PS : there is already a post for this from 2014 with no answer so I was hoping to find somebody who could help 5 years later !
