Hourly employee regular hours populate into paysheet

Our customer is using Peoplesoft HRMS 9.2 with NA payroll and T&L.

We noticed that employee hours shown in pay sheet even T&L load process not load any time for the part time employee.

Which job information cause to show 8 hours of regular time on pay sheet from job data?.

Why 8 hours are showing even didn't load any time from T&L?. How can I control this?. We don't want 8 hours drop in to pay sheet for part time employees daily.

Please advise.
