Do we need to have only Oracle Database 32bit Client for Siebel IP 17

Dear Team,

For Siebel IP 17.

1. We must need to install only Oracle 32bit Database Client only is it

2. We are hearing that from RHEL 8 onwards there is no support for 32 bit

Can you please confirm for 1 and 2.
