Dropship PO receipt RTV after partilly shipped and cancelled.

Hi Friends,

Drop ship order created with quantity# 100.

received and shipped# 60 so Drop ship order line split for Remaining quantity# 40.

later remaining qty# 40 cancelled and respective PO release also cancelled.

Now my business want to do RTV of 20 out of receipt# 60 ?

is there any setup if we can stop cancelling PO release if drop ship order cancelled ?
