Need to Generate all the Account segment from the Standard Memo Line

  I have a requirements to generate all accounts segments (8 segment in all especially the Balancing segment (1) and the second segment (2)) How do I accomplish this objective?

As of now the Manual Invoice created is generating the accounts from the Transaction Type and the Receivable account from the Memo line. However the requirement is to generate the whole segment from the memo line.

Appreciate your suggestion on how to go about this.  This is Cloud Environment.
