EBS 12.1.3: oacore using high cpu

Hello All

One of my client EBS 121.1.3 installation on ODA X5-2 (database on oda base and apps tier on oracle vm) is getting lots of high CPU usage for one of the oacore process on apps tier, there are 3 in total.

How do I find out exactly what is causing high cpu in oacore. I have already increased JVM memory.

oacore logs doesn't show any real reason.
