Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I need to know how to double check if SEPA is enabled correctly.

If not, how to enable it & test that is working properly ?

Is a full package required after running R96450 ?
