OEM 13c displays OMS server name in the alert message instead of ZFS target name. How can we change

OEM application server name is displayed in the incident ticket instead of an actual monitoring target name. I have checked the alert description which does not have server details to display.

Where as the incident ticket to the VM team displays the OMS hostname, as the ZFS does not have any agent and is being monitored by OMS host agent. How can I change the server name to be displayed in incident ?
