Not deploying the object, it's getting stuck the deployment

Hi,

We are unable to deploy the package while deploying it's getting stuck so long. it is not releasing the kernel. if we bounce the service and then start deployment then it is getting deployed.

deployment package is hanging on below stage. kindly assist to fix the issue. we are on 9.2.0.1

Wed Sep 11 03:10:51  -  Locking the server for Normal Package Deploy.

Wed Sep 11 03:10:51  -  Timeout set for Lock is 30.  If the locks can't be retrieved in 30 minutes,

Wed Sep 11 03:10:51  -  then the process will end and release the locks.

Wed Sep 11 03:10:51  -  Timeout can be set in jde.ini, [PACKAGE]DeployWaitInMinutes=<minutes> otherwise default to 30 minutes.
