Upload Data to HDOWNER Schema for FTI Usage

Are there any documented steps on how to upload order release, shipment or invoice data to OTM for use in FTI? There has been notes referring to being able to export the tables now, is there an XML upload option available in addition to the CSV upload option? Is the CSV upload the only option to upload to the HDOWNER tables?
