Login Assistance gives Message not found. Application: FND, Message Name: UMX_LOGIN_HELP_UNEXPECTED_

If R12.2 EBS Users use Login Assistance to request a new password and type in an incorrect User Name.

They do not get User friendly message like "User Name does not exist" but are thrown an ORA error:

Have not been able to find a patch for this.
