Batch Run ID Change (JDE WORLD)

I was wondering how to change the internal RNID field for batches since a number in that field other than 0(Blank) causes the batch to try and post to One World instead of World. The solution I was looking at said to:

1.Query Batch Control File F0011 where Field ICRNID value = something other than 0, blank.

2.Update the Query Batch Control File F0011 records that have a non zero ICRNID value changing ICRNID = blank
3.Update Batch Header Batch Status = Approved
4.Run Post P09870 again

How do I follow these instructions to change the internal field?
