Kit component quantity is less than primary unit of measure

E1 9.2 tools 9.2.2.5

I am setting up a kit. Everything works as expected except one of the items in the kit is being used in this kit as 1 PK but the primary unit of measure on the kit component is CS.

Conversion is set in the P41002 as 1 CS = 6 PK.

When I enter the item on the kit Bill of Material, I change the UM from the default CS to PK. As soon as I step off the line, it reverts to CS.

All of the other items in the kit are full cases except this item that we want to sell as a PK.
