New MOS page
"Well, I don't like it!"
Now, instead of taking to the MOS logon page, 'support.oracle.com' gets redirected to 'support.oracle.com/keystone', where you get presented with another marketing/portal page. First time there I didn't even spot the little 'logon' button in the upper-right corner. I was just overwhelmed by all the distractions and though perhaps my link had gotten broken somehow.
Looks like a lot of it is in the nature of 'try this before you dare try to actually open an SR that would cause us to actually commit a human to dealing with your issue'. At the very least, it puts one more click between the customer and any real help, even to simply search the MOS KB.
