BIPCatalogUtil issue

I am getting intermittent error when use BIPCatalogUtil utility to deploy code into Oracle BIP server with DB catalog.

some times it work fine and other instance it throws path not found error:

Running on Shell:

>BIPCatalogUtil.sh -import source=/app/local/ucd/agent/var/work/UTS0_BIP_DevOps/ABFlexPak_Release_Unzip/BIP_Rollfoward/tmp/P_SuM.xdoz overwrite=true

One instance it works fine other instance it throws error:

oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.InvalidParametersException: PublicReportServiceImpl::executeUploadReport Failure: Due to Report with Path [/ABFlexPak/P_SuM.xdo] already exist!

Running though auto script

. /home/puts0app/.profile && BIPCatalogUtil.sh -import source=ABFlexPak_Release_Unzip/BIP_Rollfoward/tmp/
