ISCSI Disks not found..sometimes..

I'm facing an strange  issue.

Oracle 7.7, Grid 9.3, running in Oracle Virtual Boxes, because I'm just learning.

Sometimes, not all ASM Disks are available after reboot

It looks like this one:

However, I do not use oracleasm.service but ASM Filter Driver.

Therefore, I'm stuck.

I would like to make sure that ASM Filter Driver are startet after the iscsi services and oracle-ohasd.service is startet after ASM Filter Driver.

Any idea?

Edit:
I set up a second system, using ASMLIB.

Seems to run fine....
