In EM 13c MGMT$DB_INIT_PARAMS missing recent standby information

Hi all,

At the shop where I work now we are going from EM 12c to 13c (latest patches applied). On the target servers we have both the 12c and the 13c agent running and use Data Guard for most databases. Since we patch using a new oracle_home we check if the new home after patching the database is also defined in CC for the database target. For this we compare the db target oracle_home to the directory where the spfile refers to  We have a "daily health check" report and and one of the queries used is:
