9.2 CG - Forgot Password

As of now, 9.2 CG PUM 30 allows applicants to get password reset via email. If they forget the email address they used, it seems like applicants are left with no choice.

While password controls is an additional layer of security, however, it still does not address a common issue where applicants seem to forget the email address they use.

We were wondering if others faced this issue and if there are any workarounds?

Is it possible for Oracle to incorporate mobile number functionality so system can send a confirmation number to mobile (like Bank Sites or credit card sites do)?
