Error in starting RPAS tools version 16.0.3.10.920

Hi,

I just now downloaded RPAS version 16.0.3.10.920 and facing the below issue in starting the configuration tools (common error message).

Though I have used 16.0.1 previously and it was working. I renamed previous version directory to RPAS_Old and copied new RPAS and ConfigTools in this directory. This way I don't have to change the environment variables (RPAS_HOME, RIDE_HOME etc). I restarted the system so that env variables should pick libraries from the correct location.

On command prompt I see Can't load AMD 64-bit .dll on a IA 32-bit platform.

Is this something related to the Microsoft 2010 Run time libraries (.dll). I see they are present inside the system32 directory also I was able to start RPAS version 16.0.1 It wouldn't have been possible if I don't have these run time libraries?
