Build RDF configuration from scratch version 16.0.3.x

Hi,

I was trying to build RDF configuration (version 16.0.3.x) from scratch. What I mean by scratch is that created  (CLND, PROD, PROR, LOC hierarchy of my choice) and created couple of required measures.

Now I defined Final level in RDF automation and ran this. This resulted in error -> error written to stderr.log but I don't see this error file generated in the resource directory (unlike previous version of RPAS)

I wanted to know the process, if we want to build RDF configuration of my own do I go ahead with the approach of editing the GA version or I can start from the new project and used plugins for the automation.
