JDE 9.1 - Work Center Orphan Records F01131T

Hello Oracle Community,

I have a question For JD Edwards 9.1

Is it safe to remove the records from F01131T  which do not have  of  the SERK number does not exist in F01131.

We have periodic cleanup for scheduled jobs workcenter. But we realized the F01131T  has a lot records which seems to be orphaned, as that table was not included into purges.

So if  the Serial number does not exist F01131, does this classify the F01131T  lines as an orphan record ?

Note: I did already read the knowledge base / FAQ about  purging the workcenter.

The reason why I am asking this, because the amount of  records in
