HI

Customer is trying to create a contract manually, as Getting the error like FRM-40212 invalid Value for field Serial_number

Version # Oracle Applications : 12.2.6

IB is Active

The Serial Number is Associated with the same IB

Coverage enable , IB trackable, Service enable already there In the configurations.

Please find the attachment for the error and help me out on the same.
