Missing function when click on error button

Hi:

We are using EBS version 12.2.7.

In the order management responsibility -> import order menu, open the correction form and search for the order, when click on the error button, it is saying function not available, please contact system administrator.

Please advise which function is this one looking at the that we may be missing from the responsibility? Thank you.
