Why Can't I access P6 Web Interface

I've been trying all week to access the P6 Web interface so I can work on our EPPM OBS and EPS, but I get the following message every time. My IT department says the problem is on Oracle's side. They tried fixing the connection problems to no avail. Is there something wrong with the Website?
