BI Publisher Desktop (Word 2013, BIP Desktop 12.2.1.4) Options

After I load XML sample data, and do 'BI Publisher' -> 'All Field',

all fields are created with incorrect field property (help text), like <?ref:xdo0003?>.

The correct value should be like <?EMPLOYEE_NUMBER?>

As a result, I have to manually correct them.

From what I've seen in BIP tutorial, this step is not needed.

So are there some options I need to set in BIP desktop in order to make this work correctly?
