Change how GeoCoder assigns TARA

Hello,

We are fully using Vertex for our payroll taxes.  As I am sure you are aware, it looks at the employees HBU and assigns the TARA based on the address of HBU.

We want to change it from looking at the address of the HBU, to looking somewhere else to get the city and state info to then run against the Vertex geo codes to pull in the correct Geocode.

To be specific, we want the information to come from out Workday feed, on where the employee actually works.

Has anyone done, or tired this changing the source for the GeoCoder?
