9.2 R4981 new processing option for JE line number max 900

I have a question  on the new PO in 9.2 that limits the number of JE line numbers to 900. What if a shipment or load is being processed that will take the JE line number over 900 or does it determine this before the shipment is processed? In 9.1 we had the issue of going over 999 lines which did not allow the lines to be Voucher Matched.
