How we can make sure if OPP manager up and running after any maintenance activity

Hello Guys,

How we can make sure if OPP manager are up and running after any maintenance activity.?

I know we can able to see the Concurrent->Manager->Administer Page. But I am looking for alternate way to check like any SQL query/Shell script/ OEM report to run the after maintenance activity.

Please share me you knowledge's on this.
