ERROR: Unable to enrol the domain home xxxx with the Node Manager & Unable to register the host xxxx

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello All,

       We find a error while cloning 12.2.4 instance hosted on OCI to a target instance on OCI.

1. Configuring: Run file system completes successfully.

2. Error is encountered during - Configuring: Patch file system.

Could you please have a look at the error and suggest.

While cloning, we have fs2 as run file system and have chosen 1 as port range for the same and port range 0 for fs1.(current patch fs).

During the error, we observe that weblogic service is up and running on port 7001 as expected.

However the error below seems to indicate that port 7002 is being called. Kindly have a look and suggest.
