In E1 9.2 Transportation, what functionality is not available when the rate is stored in the route?

Hello MOSC,

In E1 9.2 Transportation, what functionality is not available when the rate is stored in the route? I have heard in conversations that some functionality is lost if the rate is in the route, but all I can find on the Oracle site is that a minimum charge cannot be used without going to routing restrictions.

What about printing delivery documents, or the use of the five transportation preferences, or something else?
