NSLDS OPEID Cross Reference

Hello -

I'm trying to find out more information about this component, NSLDS OPEID Cross Reference. The table/record behind the component is SFA_OPEID_XREF. How is this table populated? Is the data in this table meant to be our institution or all institutions with OPEIDs? I'm trying to find a source for the OPEIDs within Campus Solutions to provide additional information for our Admissions department. Is there another table or something that is populated based on regulation release?

I'd appreciate any information or advice.
