Intransit days records in MTL_INTERORG_SHIP_METHODS

Hi,

We have observed that there are records in MTL_INTERORG_SHIP_METHODS with From_Organization_id and to_organization_id populated. Ideally there should be only records with From_Location_ID and To_Location_ID populated as the transit times in the "Inter-Location Transit Times" are defined by location and not by organization. Hence can you please let me know how are the records with from and to organization id populated? I mean the source of these records.

We have observed that in transit time for Location pertaining to org A to location pertaining to org B is defined as 7 days in the form, but however we also observed that there is another record in this table with from org as A and to Org as B with 3 days as in transit time. We would like to know how this record with 3 days is populated in this table with org id's. The record with location id's has the correct value of 7.
