I see information related to DISCRETE manufacturing, but not for Process Manufacturing regarding the message,  APP-FND-01048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause  ' (OUTSIDE_OPERATION_FLAG='Y') '.  Does anyone have any suggestions how to inactive these resources?

These are no longer used and we're looking to clean-up old/obsolete resource configurations. 
When checking the checkbox to inactivate them, the alert message described above is displayed and prevents saving the change.
