PDB refresh every XX Minutes

I am looking to see if there is a query I can run to show that the scheduled refreshes are successful. Also, when configuring the PDB to refresh every XX minutes, you cannot see what the exact start time is for those refreshes to begin. how can one determine the start time for each resfresh?
