EEO-1 Reporting - Component 2

The UDC table (05U/PT) "EEO-1 Excluded Pay Types" seems to be reading only the first record/entry and ignoring the other records/entry listed in the table.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  I need to exclude certain pay types from the accumulated hours for the required reporting.
