Batch Authorization

We recently upgraded to version 14.1 from 11.0 and have a big problem with authorizing batches with the maximum so far successfully authorized but taking forever as much as 40mins to authorize having 6500 transactions on average.

Now we have a batch of 11k records and has been running since 2000hrs and its now 90mins without success.

In UT we managed to authorize a batch of 22k in no time and i understand the UAT and Prod environments are not comparable in terms of processes and interfaces connected, however, this production only has ATM/POS Interface running and nothing else but still struggling to authorize such a small volumes.
